Organ Vida is a biennial international festival that takes place at Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb, Croatia. The festival is dedicated to showcasing expanded photography and hybrid image-based practices, with a particular focus on the intersections of visual art and contemporary digital and popular culture.

Through exhibitions, performances, lectures, and workshops, the festival brings together emerging and established artists from around the world, creating a space for exchange, experimentation, and new perspectives on image production and circulation.

The festival was founded in 2008 by Marina Paulenka, who remained its artistic director until 2018. From 2019 to 2020, the artistic direction was taken on by a curatorial collective of five independent professionals: Barbara Gregov, Lovro Japundžić, Klara Petrović, Luja Šimunović, and Lea Vene.

Since 2020, the festival has been under the artistic direction of Barbara Gregov, Lovro Japundžić, and Lea Vene.
