Zagreb Pleso Airport is located 17 km from the city. There is a regular airport bus line every 30 minutes which can take you to and from the airport to the main bus station in the city. The price of the ticket is 30 kn. You can find the full bus schedule here.
If you decide to use the taxi service from the airport, it will cost you approximately 200 kn/€27 or more.
Zagreb Central Station is connected to all bigger European cities like Vienna, Budapest, Zurich, Munich, Salzburg, Ljubljana and Sarajevo, and there are also EuroCity and InterCity railway lines if you are coming from one of the neighboring towns. The central bus station (Autobusni kolodvor) is located close to the railway station and the city center, which are approximately 10 min on foot or 3 stops by tram (lines 2 and 6) away from the station. You can find out the bus schedule here.
Zagreb has a well connected public transport system consisting of trams, buses and a funicular. There are 15 tram lines that run from 04:00 to 24:00, and a single ticket costs 10 kn for daily transport. The tickets can be bought in the tram/bus and at a local kiosk.
